Only this morning IndiaGlitz had reported some interesting tidbits on 'Vathikuchi' that director AR Murugadoss is producing with his brother Dileepan and Anjali in the lead roles. Now we have more on this front...The film is set in Chennai but is about the people living in the outskirts of Chennai who travel for more than 30 kms to reach Chennai and travel using the share autos.
Dileepan plays a share auto driver and Anjali plays what she's best at, a tough girl, who travels using these share autos. She plays a middle class girl Meena who changes her name as Leena and roams around in the city malls and coffee shops, pretending as if leading a higher lifestyle than what she actually does. The film also sees Vatsan of Thalapathy Anthem fame in a pivotal role.
ARM's former associate Kinslin is helming this film that's slated for an October release.
